Spring in Bonita Springs

Allow me to welcome you to one of my very favorite places in Southwest Florida. Farmer Mike's U-Pick Farm. Tucked away in Bonita Springs, FL - this place steals my heart every time we visit for produce or flowers - but especially for the flowers. Especially in the springtime.

I've really been feeling the call lately to see our city through tourist eyes, instead of looking through the perspective that often tends to scrutinize things first (like the bugs or humidity), before it will focus in on the good stuff (like alllllll these gorgeous flowers!!)

So in an effort to think more like a happy tourist girl in my hot Florida home this year around (and break that funny negative thought cycle that often starts to happen this time of year), I've decided this to try my very best to go more out of my way to soak in what beautiful things + places Florida does have to offer us, instead of hating on it for what it doesn't.

The perfect example of this: Farmer Mike's - a piece of this place that speaks to my heart on a deep level, in all it's lovely floral glory. A place that I haven't been to in years and now count the days till I can go back.
